Or print the rental agreement below, complete it and return by mail to the address at the top of the agreement. If you are paying by check or money order, you can mail the agreement with payment. Confirmation of your reservation and receipt of payment will be sent to you via email as soon as rental agreement and deposit are received. If you choose to receive your confirmation by US Mail, please indicate on agreement.

If you are unable to print the rental agreement, a copy can be faxed or mailed to you; please call or email to request the agreement; please be sure to leave a complete name, address and fax number, so the agreement can be sent or faxed to you.

I agree to rent a vacation rental unit from Rose Enterprises. The completely furnished three bedroom home will be available for use from 4:00 PM on the ____ day of ________________, until 10:00 AM on the ____ day of_____________. The agreed price to rent is $_____ per night. Minimum rental is 5 nights unless otherwise required. 13% tax must be added to total amount. This vacation unit is licensed by the State of Florida and Osceola County.

I understand that the unit is for my use and enjoyment, and that I am responsible for any breakage or damage to property that would not be considered to be caused by normal use, and to leave the house in good condition upon departure. Use of community pool is a privilege, not a right, of this agreement.

I agree to pay a security/reservation deposit of $ 200.00 which will be refunded after inspection of unit, after departure. If any damage or missing items are noted, security deposit will be adjusted for replacement of items, and a detailed list will be given to me. A charge for house cleaning may be deducted if home is left in a dirty condition, or evidence of smoking in home is noted.

I agree to payment of security/reservation deposit upon signing this agreement. If reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled date of arrival, full deposit will be refunded, less $ 25.00 handling fee. Reservations cancelled 30-59 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive 1/2 deposit; reservations cancelled 1-29 days prior to scheduled date of arrival will forfeit deposit completely.

Entire payment of rental, tax and security deposit is to be paid in full 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Checks returned by bank for insufficient funds, etc. will be charged a $ 25.00 fee. OCCUPANCY BY MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE PROHIBITED; OTHERWISE CONTRACT MAY BE VOIDED, AND/OR SUBSTANTIAL CHARGES ADDED. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE HOME. MONEY ORDER REQUIRED FOR PAYMENTS MADE LESS THAN 21 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. I agree to these terms.
